Postage & Packaging:
Each item will come carefully wrapped and packaged. I ship the most cost effective way and there is no up-charge on any postage. I also combine shipping whenever possible, and refund you the difference so you will never overpay!
In an effort to be sustainable, most of my boxes and packaging is recycled. It may not always be the pretties on the outside, but it's a good thing to do our part to help the environment in any small way we can.
Refunds: If an item is not as described or you are otherwise unhappy with an item, I will be happy to work with you on a resolution, but you must notify me immediately and ship the item back to me within 7 days of purchase. I cannot refund or accept any returns after that time. Thanks for understanding!
All art created in a non-smoking home. I do have pets, but they don't smoke either :)

Yes! Just ask. Anything you can dream up, I will try and make for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
$1 or less for gift wrapping. Please inquire. Packaging - I pack as best I can to prevent any damage or breakage. I try to repurpose and reuse boxes and packing materials to be environmentally responsible.

Shipping Information
Regarding cost of shipping on my stones: I totally understand that $8.25 may seem high, however shipping on any of my stones runs the exact price of small box priority mail. I do not profit from shipping. The reason I have to ship this way is because 1st class is only up to 1 lb. (16 oz). The rocks can run anywhere from 2 to 7 lbs. Priority is the least expensive shipping method. If I shipped "parcel", the cost to ship is over $10 and I can't charge that to a customer. Thank you for understanding. I wish I could offer free shipping, but I won't "bury" - add on the cost of shipping in with the item cost, and pass it on to my customer and say that it's "free shipping".
Do you have all your items in stock and ready to ship?
Most all my items, especially stones, are painted to order. The picture you see is representative to what you will receive. Also - please note that the EXACT color may not be 100% the same. Close, but may not be the same. Your computer monitor may not be calibrated the same as mine, or paint colors may be discontinued by the manufacturer. This has happened and I try my best to be as close as possible. Also, I need a bit of flexibility as the artist to be able to change if something doesn't look quite right. Stones also vary in shape and no two are exactly alike. Please be assured that I have never had a dissatisfied customer and all are happy that I painted something unique and just for them!
